Well Carl Ichann's group took over the Flamingo on the river last week and is
getting right to it. They announced the new branding (Aquarious) and the new
higher end direction they plan to take.
The website got redone. Harrahs briefly owned it, but they never did mess
with the Connection Card. It looks like when looking at the website they are
going to use the ACE card and integrate with the Vegas properties.
So what do they do right, or wrong? I had some small balances on my
Connection card (comps and cashback). I wonder if it will be put on the ACE card
somehow.
What kind of promos does the Strat or Az Charlies run? If I remember
correctly they had the Vegas locals running around.
