Actually, the bill awaiting the governor's signature in Illinois rolls the tax back to 50%, but the casinos promise to make up any drop in tax revenues for next year only.
Actually 70% on win over 200MM/yr. and no they have not. As I said about a
week ago, the politics related to gaming in IL is a bad joke!
