There is a bank of (5) QQ machines near Hotel Registration with $1 9/6 JoB, 9/6 DDB, and 8/5 TBP. Not sure about elsewhere in the casino, e.g. near Hooters as paladin mentioned.
I also heard that GVR now has QQ, but haven't verified it.
