AQUARIUS

Well I went for a stroll through there. First Grand opening is the
weekend of Thanksgiving. I will be there as I am comped so I will give
a full report. The only reason I was comped is several of the hosts
from the RE were hired at the Aquarius. The casino is getting there.
The signage went up this AM. The official name change is Nov 1st.
There were plenty of penny slots all new games. The high limit area
featured slots and VP machines with jacks or Better at the 9/6 and DB
at 9/7. I saw deuces wild and more on the machines as they are game
maker machines but did not look at pay schedules. Also quarter
machines they have WHA at 8/5 and DDB at 9/5. Also had plenty of 50
cent machines with same pay schedules. If anyone needs information
just ask and I will see what I can do. I was just looking for my 10/7
DB which had no luck so I dont think I will be a steady there but will
venture in to look for those that want information. The carpeting is
all but done. They are also putting in a huge bar where the main
entrance is.RP casino is going down hill!!!!! Service, machines,
everything. I hope the RE keeps there full pay DB on the higher
denominations or I will not play there anymore either.

Bronxboy, BS took a tour of Aquarius recently and said there were some 25¢ JOB Gameboy
machines near the poker room that pay 9/6, in addition to the JOB you saw in the high
roller area. I assume the machines that BS saw are still there?

Sorry, 25¢ JOB machines I'm asking about are Game King, not Gameboy.

Did you find any progressive banks at the quarter level? I was looking
(wishfully) for perhaps a bank of 8/5 BP with a 3 way progressive? I am
not interested in the HL room, but perhaps they added some at the
bartops or??? As I remember, the Flamingo was not too big on VP
progressives. Also, on my last trip, they were installing a bank of
radical royal machines near the present poker room. They were all dark,
so I have no clue of denomination or type of game. What are these games
all about?? Thanks.
