If they find you in the system you are SOL. This will include the Flamingo
card, the Stratosphere card or the Arizona Charlies card which now use the ACE
card. They will spend time trying to link you to old accounts just to clean
up their system.

I do believe that $150 promo is based on $25k through to get it all. There
are benchmarks. I got a sheet laying around here somewhere.

$25,000 in one day to get the $150 promo? Did you forget to put in a
decimal point? Gee, I think I am in that SOL category. I had a
Flamingo card, and I did get a Strat card at least 10 years ago with
no activity since. I might just wait for the next owners and see what
tricks they got up their sleeve.
