The Entertainer online www.laughlinentertainer.com has the new array of April
promos listed. The one over at Trop Express caught my eye. I have not seen
the old wind tunnel booth in action in awhile!
Here is the blurb:
“$72,000 April Showers of Cash”
When: Month of April
Prizes: A total of $72,000 in cash available through the run of the promotion
with each contestant having a shot at up to $1,000.
Format: This is a “wind cubicle” promotion in which contestants climb inside
an “April Showers of Cash Money Cube” where $1,000 in cash will swirl around
them. They get to keep as much cash as they can grab during a set time.
Drawings for contestants will take place every Tuesday and Thursday in April
(2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.) with two contestants selected at each
drawing.
Entry: Entries can be earned through the run of the promotion; members of the
free membership Players Club receive one drawing entry for every 25 points
earned on their cards (the 25 points are good for entry into both Tuesday and
Thursday drawings). The more points earned the more entries received.
I have not done a kiosk driven promo at TE. Anyone think we will have to
swipe between drawings?
