Should have been death.

this is a terrible move on the part of the "nation" the PR backlash
has got to be worth $50 K just to avoid.

That just goes to show that many "nations" just can't get anything
right. and should let outsiders operate just about everything outside
of their tribal pow wows.

This whole "sovereign immunity" claim by Indian reservations is a ginormous
pile of dog crap.

These reservations are so separate and apart from U.S. law that they:

1) Issue federal W-2G forms
2) Conform to U.S. banking laws
3) Follow local alcohol, tobacco, and firearm laws -- to the letter

They only become sovereign the minute they want to cheat customers or
confiscate customers' SUV's.

I am not a lawyer, but isnt it very common for police to confiscate

is why we keep seeing all these different and unusual police vehicles

The big difference is that they actually had to have real drugs in the
vehicle. Not just suspicious white powder.

I better start doing my laundry at home and quit taking it to my moms.

Like the CHP Lamborghini? They just need "reasonable suspicion". Hey,
in case you haven't heard, we're at war, the "War on Drugs", since
1969, and so far drugs are winning. We can't afford to have another
"Summer of Love" on our hands.

What happened during "Summer of Love" that we don't want to happen again?
