Anyone heard of "8-ball VP"???

"I was recently having a conversation with a woman who was complaining about Harrah's N.O. not having any machines that she likes. She said that she hates to play slots, and only plays "cards". Well, "cards" is a term that non-VP players sometimes use to describe video poker, but she could also have been talking about table games, so to clarify I asked her "You mean video poker?". She said yes. I told her that Harrah's N.O. must have over 500 video poker games, and asked her what she usually played. She said "they don't have any of the games like they have at Harrah's Cherokee". She went on to say that she likes to play a game called "8-ball". She then described some sort of crazy game involving cards, pool balls, and some big bonus for getting 5 of a kind. I'm guessing she might have been describing a VLT type game, but I don't know. Anyone here heard of this?"

Is Harrahs Cherokee Class II or Class III gaming?

I called Harrahs and asked them....they confirmed it was all Class III. I play there often since it is close and I have done well. Most VP pay tables are poor so you will have to play $5 - $25 - $100 to get decent pay tables.
