Don't cuss out the poor messenger who had nothing to do with the decision. Ask her to get the person who is responsible for the policy she just read, you have some questions. Then tell that person what you really think!
Be very persistent in asking to speak to someone in management until you can "discuss" this message-delivery. I'd start out by commenting that they must be doing extremely well to create poor good will and drive away ANY customers.
Don't kill the messenger; it doesn't accomplish anything and makes you look like a bad person.
