Anybody been to the Horseshoe in Elizabeth IN lately? If
so, was there any playable (decent paytables) in VP
machines? Thanks for any info.

I was there about a week ago, for the first time in a year or more (and thus no longer eligible for a comp room, I was told!! -- although maybe my play on previous trips didn't measure up to the comps I was consuming).

I only played a little VP; I was mostly there with some friends to play live poker. Next to the poker room (level 1) there is still the 9/6 JoB, which is the only game I play and therefore the only one I checked out. Don't know if you call that game "playable"; it is still casino advantage, of course, and all comps are via Total Rewards, nothing "extra", and as everywhere, the VP doesn't generate as many TR points, and is not eligible for the occasional point multiplier days, as best as I could determine.

They have on the first floor 9 - 5 TB+ and full pay double deuces. Plenty of
machines! 8-5 Bonus Poker almost everywhere. I just got back from there.
Luckily I hit 6 W2 g's with 2 of them being from the Double Deuces game.

They have 9-6 DDB but that is a short pat table.
