Any nagging questions I can research?

I'll be on the river next week. I'm planning to view the devastation
at CB/EW on a cursory walk-through, but it may be too painful.
Staying at Harrah's, avoiding the 4th floor (hopefully), finishing off
what will probably be my last Diamond year (I say this every year),
and planning to play at GN and Pioneer in addition to a possible new
sign up at RP. I'll probably avoid Riverside, Aquarius, and the
Tropex, although I've always wanted to ride the train and my three
companions never let me. I can usually coax them in there to play on
the bank of aptly named "Lucky Lemmings" machines.

Drew- Yes I do have a request for you..... Bring back some good news
about the plays at the CB/EW. You don't have a card at the RP yet? Do
you have a card at the old RE? I might recommend you take advantage of
the sign up bonus at the RP and the Trop-X. The story I hear is that
the cards will be combined within a year, so that means soon there will
only be one sign up bonus (whatever that might be), but now there are
two. Go get'em

Could you explain these promotions Mr. Hamstockman? I went to both
websites and didn't see anything about this on either.
