I'll be in Florida for a week and hoped there may be some improvement in the VP machines at Coconut Creek, Pompano or Hard Rock (Hollywood).
My preference is .25 JOB. Has anyone been there recently? Any info would be appreciated.

The Hard Rock FP starts at $1 with JOB, BP, Airport Deuces and 9/5 DDB. I'm not aware of anything under $1

overall, the paytables have been adjusted downward in florida, in the short time i've been playing there (about a year and a half). the hard rock seems to have the best and most widespread availability of 9/6 JoB, but only at $1 and above, if i recall correctly.
the best i could find at coconut creek was 9/5 DDB.
the isle at pompano park used to have a 9/5 25 cent DDB bank with a progressive meter on the 4OAKs, but they took it out last year. their "high limit" area has some marginally playable flavor of airport deuces and also 9/5 DDB at $1 and $5. but i think the JoB might be 8/5... not sure, as i didn't play it. they also have at least one short pay super times pay machine.
please note: the isle is a completely non-smoking casino, if that matters to you.

I'd say they're probably comparable to Harrah's pay tables. I like playing outside at their bar, especially when the wind is blowing.

Thanks for your replies folks. So I'm back from Florida, played only at Coconut Creek. Like a fool I played 7/5 JOB $.25. Lost my $200 but had a good time with my Florida daugther-in-law.
Next time (July) I'll look for machines outside at their bar if it's not too hot.
Next casino trip is to Mohegan Sun... I hope I find my preferred machines (9/6 JOB .25) there. I think the vp data base only shows $1.00 JOB.
