You'll notice that all of the bars listed are in casinos. My experience has been that there are no local bars that have decent video poker. They started the trend of downgrading the machines about 10 years ago. In fact, The Inn Zone (the Rainow and Westcliff one was my hang out when I lived in Vegas, and may be again after I move back this week) has signs proudly proclaiming a 97% avg payback on their Video Poker.
