FWIH, many places in NM have playable VP, but denoms are low, like $1
max. There used to be FPDW for dollars at Ruidoso with a 1% meter, but
that's been gone a while now, and there's likely stuff in ABQ too.
The one place I have been to, Sunland Park (El Paso), has typical,
wretched racino VP.
