Perhaps this has already been mentioned (I haven't read the entire
thread) but you seem to be a perfect candidate for Rob Singer's book.

My book, "The Video Poker Edge", is a good reference for both long-term and short-term play--I devoted 40 pages to game strategies. In addition to the detailed strategies for the 8 games I recommend--all of which I wrote myself after many years of research--I include my strategy cards for the same 8 games, free with my book. The only way to determine just how good a strategy card is would be to use it with a tutorial program--that's before you go to the casino. You should be able to locate all dealt hands quickly and the strategy should be consistent with the correct play indicated by the software program. That's how you'll know if the card will be useful during casino play.
I haven't seen the strategy section/cards in Jean's book yet--it hasn't been released-- however, buying books by Rob and Jean as well sounds like a good idea.
