Another Stupid Question From Grumpy

Howdy

"Knowing your shortcomings is a step in the right direction"..Anon.

Two 9/6 VP machines are side by side. One machine is supposedly "hot" and
over a period of two weeks scores an unusual high amount of Royals" based on its
theoretical random programing. The other machine has not scored any Royals
in the same period of time. The coin- in on both are similar. Next thing you
know the player friendly machine has an "out of service" on it and the
unfriendly money grabber continues its stingy existence.

Is there something unethical going on..or is it business as usual in the
upstanding world of the gaming industry?.

The "out of service" notice can also mean that that machine is
being "capped" (saved) for a particular player -- more than likely a
player that the machine as been "friendly" to.
