I too got a new postcard: $10 free cash thru 3/31 plus two free
nights. One thing I did notice is that this postcard was sent first
class mail, not presort first class (cheaper rate). My conclusion is
that the powers that be at the RP may have come to the conclusion that
they have stepped in something with their previous couple of cards.
