I completely agree with Don.
The only thing negative I can think of is the noise level. When the place is
busy, which is most of the time, you have to almost literally shout to carry
on a conversation. So I always go early (5:30, when they first open) on a
weeknight, which gives about an hour, usually, to converse in a normal speaking
voice before the place fills up.

PS: Nitpick here, but the place is spelled "N9NE," though it is pronounced
"nine."

average...a good wine list and interesting appetizers...steaks always
