Based on the "suit" your have on your mailing (hearts, diamonds, or
clubs), you will receive 3x, 10x or even 25X reward credits. In my
case on Sept. 4th, my "clubs" matched the "mystery multiplier" for
25X RC.

A fine explanation. Just another example of how different regions of the
country do RC multiplier promotions.
So you are saying you got 25X in RC based on the linear Base/Tier points
earned. An extra 2.5% of VP (5% on slots) in comps is a fine promotion.
