Agreed.
Total return for 9/6 JOB is 99.54%.
Subtracting the Royal contribution of 1.98% leaves 97.56%.
Subtracting the SF contribution of .55% leaves 97.01%.
Subtracting the Quad contribution (all of them!) of 5.91% leaves 91.10%.
Assuming you get your fair share of Full Houses and lower hands, and NEVER
hit a Quad or better, your return should be right around 91.10%. This assumes
you play accurate strategy, which is not difficult for this game.
I would hope that in 300K hands you would hit some Royals (though this is
not a certainty), several SFs, and HUNDREDS of Quads. I believe that you could
run 300K hand simulations until you die and not see a result nearly this bad.
So, there are four possibilities. An error has been made in computing the
90.5% return. The machines are not random. Your strategy is REALLY bad. Or
you've hit a really amazing longshot!

With that result, I think it's much more likely that the game is gaffed or
your calculations are in error than that you were unlucky enough to have
that low a return.
