annoying Palms email

The email we got today from the Palms (10/15) was for free play on tomorrow 10/16.
Was yours different?

We sometimes get email from the Palms saying there is extra free play - like
today (10/15), but they don't send out the email until fairly late in the
day. I was online this morning around 9:30 am, no email, now I look at 6pm and
there it is - too late to decide to go to the Palms. Why don't they send
these emails out 1 day before? Stupid marketing.

It's misleading because of the big text that says the money "is loaded to your account and
ready to be played," even though - as stated at the bottom of the image - you have to
look at the date in the subject line to find out the true date (the 16th, as you said). When
this happened last week, I actually called the booth to verify the date and the woman
looked up my account and could see that it was ready to be loaded on after midnight for
the date as listed in the subject.

Mine said it was good for the 15th. I made a special trip there
before work and was told it was good for the 16th. It said it was
good for today, but there wasn't any numerical date on my e-mail.
