Annoying Caesars reservation system

If your host is gone ask for a host on duty. I either text or email my host and always get the room and tower I like.
Good luck

Calling a host instead of reservations SOUNDS good, but sometimes your host isn't there and you wait days for a call back that never comes, so you call again, etc. So annoying as the Harrahs system is, dealing with hosts at some properties can be worse! (not to mention when they supposedly book you for something and you find out they actually didn't!)

One reason I posted my complaint here is that Harrahs definitely has employees lurking here to read our comments. Maybe it will do some good.

By the way, purists from other casinos also read our comments.

*i'm afraid to ask what is probably a stupid question, but what's wrong with
the caesar's reservations system? i use it all the time in atlantic city
(and elsewhere), and it's pretty simple. i select from my offers, see what
types of rooms are available, choose a room and date(s), and that's it. what
am i missing as a problem?
