If I had unlimited booze and mixer, all I had to do was ask "what do you want" then bring it for a tip... Sounds like I'd cash in on that. Can't tell you the times I've been listening to the staff talking about the family:friends:last nights events, rather than fetch drinks. Tips/salary must be... comfortable.
