I saw that white foam stuff going on the sides of the MGM Grand casino but
not the hotel, and several other properties including the new sports book at
Sam's Town. I've watched the sides going up on the Wynn Encore and all I've
seen is huge glass panels being hoisted up by the pico crane, no foam, so maybe
the all glass looking buildings are the safest. All the Monte clone looking
Hotels probably have the foam.
I wonder if they've ever thought of making a parachute for hotel stayers or
people working in tall buildings with a rocket assist to slow the decent while
the chute opens and to make the landing smoother.
