Majestic Star in Gary IN is clearly the best choice in terms of good games.
For an outsider cash back is only 0.1% but a number of 99.9%+ plays
including a $1 progressive. Actually every IGT and LED product in the house
has at least 9-6 jacks (The 1c 100 play has 9-6 BP deluxe.). JW2 (99.92%)
offered at $1 and nickels (10-45 coins), one 8-5 super aces (99.94%)
three/five play for quarters. NSUD in many configurations including
25c/50c/$1 Multi-Strike. The highest ER game of all there is a $1
progressive (0.25% feed rate) that includes 180-80 (WRF-5K) One Eyed Jacks
Wild. Warning OEJW is probably the most difficult of all VP to play well
and neither VPSM or Frugal can handle it! The same bank of 8 machines also
has 9-5 TP+ and 25-12 DB2s which both have a base value of 99.8% The 25c
progressive have 9-6 jacks.

progressive. Other than the version, I was in the same exact situation
dealt KQJT2 of diamonds and about $1,900 on the meter. I had done the work
beforehand of calculating the progressive break even points for this game
using the old Stanford Wong VP. In that game the break even is about
$1,335
for KQJT and about $1,350 for all others. Like you, I whiffed on the draw.
Your game should be just barely lower for the KQJT due to the right 9
making a SF paying 45 instead of 40 and exactly the same $1,350 for all
others. Later 10-7 DB with a progressive came to the Chicago Area and I
did
the work but back then I called penalty cards "interference" since to me
