An Eye Opener

I recently met an old guy who, starting in the late
40's, worked in over twenty casinos. He worked for
most of the Mob figures you all heard about. Oh the
stories he told me. The only one I'll repeat to
anybody (and that included private emails) is he was
called over to a slot machine (one that paid a jackpot
if three bars lined up) by an inspector and told, "Hey
look at this one. There are no bars on the third
reel."

That explains it! I just spent this past weekend playing FPDW at the
Edgewater in Laughlin - on a machine that must have had one of
deuces missing!

Hi Brian,

I'm really sorry! When we were there in March, I found an entire
BANK of FPDW that were missing the 4th deuce! I threatened to
notify the NGC if they didn't fix the machines immediately.
Apparently, you found the one that wasn't repaired. Bummer!
