Has anyone received their coupons for August? If so, are they
significantly lower than usual?
Ameristar cash coupons
They downgraded our coupons a couple months ago and they are the same for
August. We almost never use comps so that is not a factor. Seems like
Ameristar is downgrading everything starting with all the full pay VP
machines. Their most recent promotions are, for us, worthless unlike
some
of the past promotions which had some instant winners. We still go there
once in a while to cash in coupons and have lunch in the Star Club but
find
ourselves playing more and more at Harrah's. Our cards also expired
31 July
but we were there yesterday (1 August) for lunch and the cards still
worked
for the parking garage and Club door. Who knows?
Our coupons at Harrah's went up a few bucks this month but still
nothing to
brag about. On the other hand, Harrah's Prairie Band sends us tons of
coupons every month along with free concert tickets and other goodies.
If
we could cash them all in they would amount to several hundred bucks
(close
to a thousand) per month. Too bad we don't live closer.
