Valid point --- but only if explicitly stated. Your article is about
video poker and it is unfair to assume that all readers use the same
decision-making factors. Vegas locals will buy the book as well, and
many tourists want to play at more-than-one casino but they only need
one room per trip.

Quite right. I will revise the introduction to address this.

Also, if you're going to be using tenth-of-a-percent precision, 10/7 is
100.2%, NOT 100.1%. If it bothers you to say 100.2% on a game that is
"only" 100.17%, use the plus sign, as 100.1+% or 100.1%+. You used this
technique accurately with FPDW. Why not use it for 10/7 as well?

Difference in styles, I guess. I use the "+" sign for progressives, where the actual EV may soar. That's why I used it for the Frontier's FPDW - it's a progressive bank. My inclination has always been to round down to the nearest tenth for two reasons: 1) nobody is perfect, players will make mistakes, so rounding down is realistic, and 2) I try to minimize casino execs fears about advantage games whenever I can: if I could get away with refering to 17/10 loose deuces as "around 100%", I'd probably do it.

Thanks again!
