American Casino Guide bargin

Terrible's Las Vegas now has "American Casino Guide" books available
for purchase with points. The requirements are 1000 Restricted Points
(single points used within 7 days of being earned) or 5000 Anytime
Points (points earned on 5X point days or single points not used within
7 days of being earned). On 9/6 JoB the book has an EC of $5.44 (that
would be Effective Cost in case the vpFae is reading this post). On $1
8/5 Bonus Poker during double royal periods when the royal pays $6000
instead of $4000, the EC of the book is -$2.36 (they are paying you to
take the book off the shelf). Actually if you earn the points on a
single point day you get $5 in gas as a bonus thereby effectively
subtracting another $5 off the EC. Naturally all EC calculations
assume perfect penalty card strategy with no allocation for tipping on
handpays. What self-respecting-coupon-using flea would tip anyway?

I'm told the book is a straight 2500 "anytime" points only. Where did you
get your info, if I may ask?

Thanks.

Scot

I saw it last night in their glass showcase while standing in line at
the slot club. The 1000 point restricted / 5000 point anytime sign was
on the book. I didn't make note of the bingo point requirement which
is usually yet another amount. Most items have restricted and anytime
points listed so a straight anytime sounds unusual.
