I too fly AA almost exclusively. My flight was cancelled and I also was put
on an AW flight. This was non-stop instead of stopping like my AA flight . I've
never had a problem with AW on any other flights with them. On the other
hand, I got a re-imbursement from AA after corresponding to them after a nightmare
flight departing Vegas. They remain my preferred airline. I think these
stories are indicative of any airline/flight at any time.
