If you are only playing 400 hands that is correct. This assumes NO win's. If
you take $1.25x400 you will play MUCH more than 400 hands, on average.

What is your objective ?
If it is to last all day playing 9/6 jacks or better with 5 quarters per hand , then $100 is insufficient . If you are to play 5 nickels per hand then $100 should do it .
