There's a mistake in Bob's chart, although it's likely an editing
error and not Bob's fault. The 8-5 DDB is 100.1%.
Eureka in Mesquite had the 9-6-5 DB game for a while, and PMR had the
8-6 Jacks briefly. Harrah's Rincon near San Diego has the 98.9 7-5 DDB
and 9-6-4 DB. The standalone Trade Up program didn't seem to be popular.
