Some spin poker games play 20 lines (100 coins). If a 20-play machine
existed, would it be more or less profitable than the 20-play Spin?

Neither, the expected values are the same.
I saw a proof of this a long time ago too, dont recall where. The
logic is since you are drawing from one deck each miss increases a hit
chance elsewhere.

(It does exist just play 20 lines on a 50/100 play machine)
