I don't see the analogy at all. Where did they open up the machine and
remove all the coins?

Alternatively, is your recommendation that it should only have been played 1
hour per day? 4 hours? 12 hours? And, no matter how many hours that you
would deem it to be "ok" to play, how would that have been monitored?
