It seems to me I read somewhere a while back that the All American
pay schedule 800-200-40-8-8-8-3-1-1 (100.72%) was found on some VP
machines under a different game/name selection. 'Gator' poker, is
what I recall reading. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Also,
does anyone know if the All American pay schedule is to be found
under other VP game selections depending on the machine/software
manufacturer?

Yes, I have heard of the "Gator Poker" designation for All American
also, but I have never actually seen this name on a machine.

Probably not. For whatever reason, I have never seen a game with the
All American pay schedule on anything other than Bally's machines.
