Ahh...the POWER of TV

Almost 2 years ago, I got started on playing Video
Poker right after seeing Las Vegas on TV shows,
especially that one episode which said "if you want to
have a better chance on winning on slot machines, you
better learn video poker".

There are plenty of books/magazines and even computer
programs showing people how to find those "Full Pay"
machines and they have been around for years. Let's
say hundreds of vp players know about this and the
casinos do too. With the introduction of these
so-called "Getting even with the casinos" shows on TV,
this "hundreds" all of a sudden was multiplied by some
"hundreds" again. I, for one, stopped playing the
'other' slot machines and switched. The casinos, most
likely, figured out that millions will now take
advantage of what they saw on TV and quit playing the
'other' slots in favor of playing vp. In addition,
famous players like Bob Dancer started FREE lectures
on how to play well and possibly beat the casinos. All
leading to the same thing --- publicity, publicity ---
which may have led to this end result -->
"casinos are now paying closer attentions to these
things and reducing the vp Pay Schedules".

Did I get started on this game a little too late? :frowning:
Will there be 'proven/modified' Strategies available
or will be made available for us to use temporarily
while many of the vp machines are still "non-Full
Pay"?
I sure hope so...
