Howdy
Being retired and living close to AC I have the advantage(?) of playing vp
as often as I wish.
So yesterday,being hot and muggy, was the perfect chance to make a
withdrawal from Borgata..My Happy Place (yuk yuk).
My trip bankroll is 100-200 for .25 9/6 JOB. My goal is to will at least
100. I put in 20 at a time and cash out at 40 or more then put in another 20. If
the tix add up to 100 or more its time to quit and eat.
First I played my 15 dollars slot promotion which they dispense in 5
increments so you can change machines and download the next 5 if someone sits down
and lights up a cigar. I usually just stare at the lady and cough in her
direction.
Well I got lucky and pulled four quads in about forty minutes of play and
quit at 100 up.
Walked around..was not hungry yet and visited the poker room . Since no low
limit stud game was available against my better judgement I sat down again to
play.
Needless to say the 100 went bye bye . So I decided to play another 100. I
went up and down and thought my winning streak was over.
When I draw I try to image a winning hand thenpress the button when I think
I get the vibe. Wishful thinking!
Anywho I started to get hot when I pull a K Q 10 9 in hearts in that order.
I had to check my stategy card to make sure I did not discard the 9 and go for
the royal. I hit the draw and up popped the J .. I got a thrill as if I hit
the royal. It put me back to the plus side.. and extended my winning sreak
to six wearing my magic ying/yang ring.
This is the second time a straight flush has come to my rescue.
