Way to go - get out while the going is good!
Not surprising about the $500 hand pay - most of the MS machines, unlike AC, have a 500 credit limit and hand pays for $500 & over. Sometimes they even have a hand pay when you're cashing out with a couple of hundred credits. Almost seems like they don't want to let you out with ANY of THEIR money. ; )

Subject: [acvpp] Mohegan Sun report.
Hit the Sun last night after two so-so trips to AC. Jimmy Buffett was there so a little crowded until show started , but then lots of empty machines . My buddy and I started slow three quads from 400pm to 930pm.
Down to our last $10.00 each of our gambling money ,not our reserves, LOL. Wives were hitting nothing , as usual,or so they tell us. He said lets try one more DDB and I said I only have a five and five ones left and that is it. We hit a small quad for $62.00 and that gave us a little "kitty" to work from . One of our "lucky" machines opened up on the end and I said go grab it while I finish this machine. We got on it and were up and down on a few hands and he got dealt a garbage hand . He took a re-draw and drew Four Aces w/kicker for $500.00 , on a redraw !! That put us both up about $50.00 and we couldn't get out of there fast enough !!! He has electric start on his car and I said " Start the car, Start the car , we're outta here !!! The one thing that was weird was as soon as it hit an attendant was there with a hand pay and it was only for $500.00 . The buzzers went off and everything.
Going to Showboat on 12/18-20 .
