Rrakey asked a question about the ACG coupon and the bonus deuces progressive.
First the ACG coupon. Greektown's policy is one coupon per running year. I don't agree with that policy but they have been using it for quite a while and will probably continue to do so.? They want to discourage multiple uses and have taken a pretty conservative approach to make that happen. To me, they are worrying an awful lot about a $5 coupon. I agree that using a 2007 coupon in December 2007 does screw you up for 11 months of 2008. I also agree that one coupon per calendar year would be a much more reasonable policy.
There is also the issue of ACG itself. Steve Bourie encourages you to buy multiple copies of the book but almost all the coupons state ' 1 coupon per year'. And contrary to Mr. Bourie's stated opinion, his sales would plummet if they eliminated the coupon section.
On to the bonus deuces. The game is 98.8% at reset so the game is breakeven at about a $1600 RF. Any of the commercial software packages will generate a strategy card. You can also check wizardofodds.com and see if Shackleford has a free strategy card.
I'll give you a couple of the more important changes:
Do not hold any straight draws.
Make straight with a deuce is very close to holding the bare deuce depending on penalty cards.
Hold an Ace with 2 deuces.
Hold the lowest pair from two pair. Always hold the pair of aces from 2 pair.
Since the SF is worth 65, you go for a lot more straight flushes. I don't have all the rules handy.
