DA&F is played much the same as DB. The main differences that I've
discerned are that, with DA&F, when you come in with 2 pair,
including a pair of Aces, as in DDB, you drop the smaller pair.
If the DA&F is full pay (9/7/5) just as in DB, you hold 3 card non-
straight flushes, inside straights, and open-ended straights instead
of a small pair.
