I can't figure out how to tweak Winpoker to analyze Aces and Faces. The
paytable is:
RF 800
SF 50
4oak
(J-K) 40
Aces 200
2-10 25
SF 8
FL 5
Str 4
3oak 3
2P 2
JOB 1
Also can VPSM produce the strqt cards?

Use the Double Double Jackpot Poker game and select "change pay
tables" in the "options" pull down, then use your values. You could
also define your own game but that would be more difficult.
This works for VPSM as well.
