I was recently in Las Vegas and the Kiosks no longer lets you check you point balances. You now have to look it up on your phone or computer or go to the Players Center. What gives?

It has been this way since the first of the month. Slot club people say Boyd put in some kind of new tracking system and they don’t have any idea when it will be updated. Said they are working on it.
It’s been this way longer than that at the Blue Chip in Indiana. Very annoying!
If you’re referring to Boyd, try checking the point balace when you arrive at a machine.
