visitors? Does anyone know of any Super Bowl Specials (either point

I have two suggestions:
Bally's is fairly generous with comps and has $.25 pick'em plus one $1
pick'em. However, $.25 play earns no cashback (just some $10-$20
weekly "welfare" coupons in the mail). It takes an average pull of
$2+ to earn cashback. (note, they aren't joined into the Park Place
Connection card yet.)
Resorts is the other suggestion. They have $.25 pick'em, although
availability can be contentious during peak promos. Cashback and
comps are reasonably generous. Some sort of room offer should follow
your first visit, although I've heard reports that they can on
occasion be sporadic.
All AC cashback is bounceback, typically good for 60-90 days.
I know of no Super Bowl Specials for play.

Hi. Just for the record. Trump Plaza has eight machines with Pick Em, and very good mail offers. But you won't get NEAR those machines on Super Bowl Sunday unless you go after 10 p.m. They're hogged by a bunch of regulars who practically live in the casino.
But if you're in town some other day before noon or later at night, you can get at them and onto The Donald's mailing list. I found them wide open on Thanksgiving Day, but I'm one of the few weirdos who actually goes to casinos on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
My personal suggestion would be to stick with Resorts, unless it's a 5X cashback day.
