I'm hoping that the spirits of the holidays will brighten things up
around here. It's been tough, at times, to slog through the message
base lately (I won't claim to not have contributed my 2 cents 
My heartfelt appreciation goes out to our new administrator who we've
put through a trial by fire of an intensity that I don't believe was
suffered by our gracious founder (of course, my memory isn't what it
once was). Hopefully he/she won't reconsider this volunteer effort
when it comes time to make New Year's resolutions!
It's been a thoroughly enriching experience to hang out around here
these last couple of years. I've valued my exchanges, public and
private, with a group of guys and gals who prove that vp players are
among the classiest players in the casino. (We won't discuss how low
a bar that one is to hurdle!)
Let's look forward to finishing out the year on a high note, both in
our play and our personal lives
