Once upon a time, in a far-far away universe and time I swept up peanut
shells and spilled popcorn, along with alot more interesting stuff from a parkay
tiled wood floor every morning from under red and white oil-cloth checkered
tablecloths to start my day. It took about 45 minutes. That is how the two
opening day cooks started their day.
That was a fine routine to start a workday. I miss those days.
