Howdy
Yesterday, after enjoying some fine selections from a casino buffet, I opted
for a slice of white pizza , which can be quite tasty if it's made with fresh
garlic and olive oil to go along with a thin crust.
Well the first bite sent off an alarm to my incredulous taste buds. It had a
taste of something medicinal..far from what I was expecting naturally.
I alerted the man pounding the dough a little way behind the food counter He
refused to approach the counter and said it's the garlic I was tasting. I
then went and found a suit and told him the white pizza had a medicinal taste.
"Medicinal?" he said and walked away. I like to believe he was heading
towards the kitchen although he did not tell me that. The pizza remained in place
..luring its next victim.
Last night I experienced some intestinal distress which may have been
related to the suspect pizza.
This morning I called Borgata and had to leave a voice mail for someone in
Food and Beverages.
My question is what would you have done or do in this situation? Would you
expect some compensation?
