Hello!
We did not take any sort of an inventory, but my younger son and I had an "overnight" at
the Horseshoe in Bossier City this past weekend. We were there for less than 24 hours,
but we were never at a loss to find an available NSUD machine at the $1 level, even though
it was crowded (not overwhelmingly so, but pretty crowded, nonetheless). All of our
playing was done on the 1st floor at several different machines, sort of adjacent to the
Poker Room. Each of us had about $20-25K coin-in for the whole period (Saturday
afternoon and evening and then Sunday morning).
Compared to Las Vegas, the Diamond Lounges (there are 2 of them at the Horseshoe) left
a lot to be desired. We were comp'ed for the 1 night that we were there and the room was
"nice" (not spectacular, but nice). We ate dinner and breakfast at the cafe (don't remember
its name). The food was not the best, with breakfast being a bit better than dinner. Our
meals were covered by our Total Rewards points.
Although my son spent all his time at the $1 NSUD machines, I spent about 30% of my
time playing the 100 or 50-line NSUD machines at the $0.01 level. They were also on the
1st floor, adjacent to the Poker Room.
