A question--Restaurants Downtown

I have a bunch (roughly 20-30) of people coming into LV in the early
part of December, and I'm looking for a restaurant Downtown that can
handle a crowd. We're going to Triple 7 at Main Street on Friday, but
I'm looking for another place for dinner Saturday. A good variety of
food offerings (not just steak) would be a plus, as not everyone is a
carnivore in this group.

The MSS buffet would be OK, but I don't know if they can reserve a big
block of tables or not. Also, some (most?) people are going to prefer
a sit down dinner, so I'm looking for alternatives.

There are some good upscale restaurants Downtown. There is the Pullman grill at MSS; Redwood Grill at California; Second street grill at the Fremont. A little bit down from there is the Centre Stage at the Plaza overlooking the Fremont St. Experience; Nicest coffee shop is at the Golden Nugget;
Hugos Cellar at the 4 queens has a great reputation. You will probably have a problem getting a reservation anywhere on a Sat. night for that big a crowd.

How about the Pullman Grill? It seems every time I go
in there I see a large party the size of which you
spoke.They have great food and the restaurant is
beautiful.Be sure to make reservations in advance.

Although I have not eaten there myself, I have heard many a positive
comment about the Pasta Pirate in the California. Some friends told
me that they have a very interesting, varied menu including seafood,
salads and (what else?!) pasta...
