These Stardust and Red Rock chips sound alot like the Non-negotible Wincard
chips. To review some joints let you do this low roller promotion either once
a lifetime, year or month. Ten dollars through the slot club/main cage gets
you fifteen pink funny money chips and a $1 dealer tip coupon.
Down in Laughlin EW and CB let you do this promo every month. These chips
stayed on the table until I lost. They wouldn't let me take odds on a Craps
table though using them. Sometimes they wouldn't let me take odds even with real
chips if the pink ones were on the Pass/Come line.
Sounds like you could value the Stardust chips pretty close to 100%, which
should beat any shopping spree.
