I was reading a press release about some "recent" big winners in
Laughlin. A woman from Rancho Cucamonga hit a RF at the Edgewater for
$44,708. I am not sure which game that might be. Anyone have a guess?
Also a local from Bullhead City hit the Royal Mania at the Nugget for
$13,719. They claim that this is his fourth such win in recent months
on the same game. Wow.

OK, who is next?

I do believe the big hit at the EW was the dollar Bonus ACE$, and not a
royal. Last trip the meter was just over reset for the ACE$. I was just about to
make a donation on this 7/5 game. Every 4000 coins adds .2% in ballpark terms.

The Royalmania is a fine way to spend some money at GNL. It resets now at
$10k. A couple years ago it reset at $15k. $12.5k adds about .5%. The base
game is Bonus 8/5 unlike the downtown GN Royalmania which is played on 9/7/5 DB.
The highest I have been the Laughlin one was $23k and downtown $32k. GNL
recently moved the obnoxious slots that used to be right next to the Royalmania
bank and the cocktail service is pretty good. Heck, they still drop quarters
and a Cummins change redemption machine is right there. Let's go play
Royalmania...don't forget to collect your special hat for a SF and your cool jacket (
pink lettering on black) for a royal.

I was at EW three weeks ago when the $.25 sequential Royal was hit for
over $44K. They abut the ACE$ but are (I think) 8/5 JB.
Very nice. My host was happy for the customer.
